Are you a psychopath?

Heard this on the radio today. Read this question and put your answer in comments.  I'll tell you tomorrow if you think like a psychopath.

A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met this guy whom

she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing, so much her dream guy

she believed him to be just that! She fell in love with him right there, but

never asked for his number and could not find him. A few days later she

killed her sister.

Why did she kill her sister?

Her sister showed her a photo of her new boyfriend who just happened to be the guy she'd met a the funeral?

I totally gove up but if I had a sister, I'd most likely wanna kill her, cuz she'd most likely be prettier than me, have more boyfriends than me, be so much more perfect.... that's not normal right?

I'd have say the same thing that Akelamalu said.

Well, being a logical, just the facts, ma'am sort of guy; I'd say there is insufficient information to conclude that her murder of her sister was in any way related to her previously meeting the guy of her dreams. It's tempting to conclude that she learned something to connect her sister with the guy, but we're told in the second to last sentence that "she could not find him." And even if she did, that doesn't really explain WHY she killed her sister.I mean, would you REALLY kill your sister because maybe she was dating the same guy you wanted to? Now THAT would be a pyschopath!

She killed her sister in the hopes that the dream man would show up for the funeral.

Im not a psychopath I just play one on TV and by TV I mean I walk around with a box on my head pointing the remote at people and yelling "CLAPON CLAPOFF"

@ZomBee That is a GREAT answer! Wish I had thought of that!

I'm starting to think that ZomBee and I are related.

Maybe her sister was just a bitch!

Aha! I think ZomBee gets the winning diagnosis!

I don't know why she killed her sister. I thought about it for a couple minutes. Now I'm frustrated and would like to slap around the person that came up with this. My apologies if that is you Nitebyrd ;)

Both ZomBee and me think like psychopaths. She killed her sister hoping the man would show up at the funeral. It was my first and only answer. I'm not sure if that's a good thing. Thanks for everyone who took the time to answer/comment. Brian, I didn't come up with it. (That's good, right?) ;) I really was amazed that no one who called in the radio station (while I was listening) came up with the answer!

DAMN! I'm bummed I missed this game!!

That's me... always the last one to show up to the party!

Casdok said...

I thought like you and ZomBee too. Am not sure its a good thing either!!

Jennie ~ You're never really late, it's always a party here! ;)

Casdok ~ As long as we aren't killing anyone to meet the man of our dreams, I think we're okay! Maybe. :0

I remember figuring out the answer when I heard the story first time. My sister told this to me to see if she could stump me. The reaction on her face when I figured it out...was priceless.

The reason she killed her sister, a couple of days after the funeral, was that she found out that her sister had gone to the funeral dressed as a guy.

The sister had decided to go for a sex change operation and the funeral was only the second time the sister came out, the first time had been a week earlier when she came out to her mother, unfortunately mom’s heart….not so strong.

The rest of this part of the story ends up in an urn on the mantelshelf…

yes her sister was the guy she fell in love with…

To cover all the basis, the reason she did not miss her sister at the funeral was because her sister kept switching between herself and the guy. Did I not mention her sister was a quick change artist…

Did you ever see them in the same room together….

I didn’t think so….,

Oh and to cap it all her sister had borrowed her favourite pair of shoes without asking and broken the heal…

I rest my case

NV ~ I really was totally amazed that the answer wasn't obvious to everyone! Now I'm wondering what allows some of us to think think psychopaths but not actually become one. When I get some energy I'll need to do research.

BlackLOG ~ First, Welcome! Thanks for visiting my blog. I'll have to come over and visit you. Second, Dude! Your brain is a hotbed of bizarre activity! I think I'm in love ♥!
