This is a blog by a woman in her 50's who is finally on the crooked path to find who she truly is.
Married at 19 and divorced at 53. I am going to unearth the artist, the cynic, the free spirit that has been long buried. Or die trying.
I've left Bethlehem
and I feel free...
I've left the girl I was supposed to be
and some day I'll be born.
6 blew out from under the bed:
OMG...what a BEAUTIFUL video, Nitebyrd!
And BRAVA to you for sharing it!
Thank you soooo much, Sis!
(((( You )))))
X ya bunches!
My sister was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She went and treated herself to a short haircut and is preparing to lose the rest of it with chemo. It's early stage, she's happy about all her other test results, and knows it's just something she has to deal with temporarily. I'm sure she'll go thru some emotion when she either shaves it or lets is come out on it's own but the great thing about hair is that it does grow back.
Ron & Mary ~ This commercial so reminds me of what my daughter went through. I also love that it is so positive. It is BEAUTIFUL, isn't it Ron?
Mary, my daughter was very stoic and logical about everything - except the hair loss! She took that worse than surgery. I'm really glad your sister has a good attitude and that her tests are good, too. I'm doing "Barbells for Boobs" on Saturday and I send some positive thoughts up north while I'm trying to breathe through the work-out! ;) Thank you both for stopping by!
Very cool. Having lost a dear sister-in-law to BC, I appreciate what everyone does to beat it.
Lovely, thank you for sharing. x
