Poised on the Edge

Nothing is unbreakable. Given enough stress and/or pressure, diamonds and even Lonsdaleite will shatter. The pieces cannot be put back together to create the whole ever again. There is nothing in nature so strong that it will survive endless adverse conditions. Mountains crumble, giant trees die and topple, mighty rivers cease to exist and mere people can and will fall to pieces.

On Tuesday, February 7, 2012, Satan (Bank of America) and a lesser demon (my lawyer) will determine if my family and I will be homeless or if we will keep our home.

After three years of anguish while a well intentioned business failed and another four years of being lost in the maze of financial ruin, bank torture and uncertainty, I am on the edge of the final fall into the abyss.

Pray for me.

I know a wee bit of what you're feeling right now, so I'm familiar with that feeling of uncertainty and it's sucks. I'm also very familiar with feeling of being on the edge of the final fall into the abyss.

But I have to tell you (even though I don't know the exact specifics of your situation), things DO turn around. I know that's so damn hard to understand or believe right now, but they do.

And just know that I'm sending TONS of good energy your way, okay?

Hang on, Sis.

X ya!

And if you EVER need to vent or talk, just call me, okay?

All of my positive thoughts are going out to you and your family. We can always join eachother in the abyss and play some scrabble or something though. In all seriousness, I wish the best for you and thank you for your kind words in my time of need!

Thank you all very much. I'm going to visit some old friends this weekend. I think we're going to sit around and get drunk.

nitebyrd ~ You are strong, you show that in all that you did, all that you inspire to help people through your blog. So whilst we read your blog, all that you write about raising cash for this n that.. helping other people because you are a warm loving woman, who's heart most certainly is in the right place, we never realsied you were petering on the edge of disaster. As Ron has said and I truly beleive this will turn around to your advantage... just hold on with all your might.. I will keep you in my thoughts and if I had the words and the deeds I would make this all go away. We live in a tied cottage so when hubby retires, we too lose the roof over our head, I've lived here 29 years, he 44 years. This world has it's misterious ways when we least expect them. Sending you positive energy and massive huge warm scented (((((((((HUGS))))))) hold in there lady, I know you got what it takes, it's not going to be a smooth ride, but I got a feeling your destination will be a good one in your favour xoxoxox
