3 blew out from under the bed:
My son just got his PS3 Privileges revoked for being a total asshole and lying about it. If he wants to play the PS3 he now has to go get a job so he can afford to buy a TV and the gaming unit.
Let your son know that if this is some of the hardship he wants, he has at least one person on the interwebs that would be more than happy to oblige.

Well, to me, that's something that everyone has to learn on their own, once they get out into the world. A parent can't teach that to their children.
