Sad

Heath Ledger

Suzanne Pleshette

The deaths of these two fine actors has made me very sad. May they both rest in peace.

So sad about Leath. But I don't know who the second one is.

Heath is a tragedy. Suzanne is probably best known in the US. She did lots of T.V. work in her later career. She was in movies, the most famous I can think of is, "The Birds" by Alfred Hitchcock

Hi Nitebyrd,

Just wanted to stop by and say hi and thank you again for dropping by my place earlier.

I'm so glad I came by and saw this post. I was JUST talking about the death of Suzanne Pleshette with someone on Tuesday afternoon. My God...did I LOVE her! Not only was she gorgeous, but also a wonderful actor. I remember first noticing her in the "Birds" - great part! And of course...The Bob Newhart Show. It made me sad to hear also. And I'm ashamed to say that I had no idea about Heath Ledger!?!?!? Another fine actor!

Hey your blog is wonderful. And I love the Parental Advisory notice. I say that word a lot too!

(a great word)

Your avatar made me laugh so hard. You've got a great sense of humor!

Now that we've met, I'll be back to visit.

Enjoy your weekend!

Hi Nitebyrd, I worked with Heath Ledger on a few films, everyone in the australian film industry was totally shocked,he was a really lovely down to earth guy...such a shame.

Annie ~ I hope they both rest well.

jstzznu ~ You're not as old as me so don't feel too badly. :-)

ron ~ Thank you for stopping by here. It hurts when an actor that's been part of your life for so long dies. Same thing with an author. I cried when Evan Hunter/Ed McBain died. Heath is just a tragedy, plain & simple.

enigma ~ Thank you for stopping by as well. I drooled over Heath since I saw him in the Fox show "Roar." He appeared to be a really nice man. It's so sad.

I'm so sorry for their passing. :(

Death creates a sadness inside of us that never really leaves. We learn to deal with it, but the pain never truly goes away. It just hurts so much to lose anyone, even those you don't know. But at least their (the dead) pain is gone and they're able to rest in peace.
