The city gate by moonlight.
I'm exhausted and sore.  We walked and walked and walked.  It was at least 137 degrees all day and all night.  It was a GREAT weekend!  We didn't see any ghosts but look at this poor bastard who was right outside the Public Cemetery.  I think he died of heat exhaustion!

I'll post more after I get some sleep.  Y'all have a good week!

(Oh! I got published again on FORITUDE!)

17 blew out from under the bed:

Welcome back, Nitebyrd!

awwww...the poor squirrel. Yup, I bet it was heat exhaustion. It's been hotter than hell here too (110 yesterday).

Can't wait to hear more about your trip!

Spiky ~ If you felt like a piece ofbread in a toaster, I'd love to be the butter dripping all over you, then to have you lick it off ... just a thought, gotta go play with m clit now as I'm feeling HOT!!

This is funny! How was the stench though?
Read your profile description and I have to say that I love meeting a person who is all about self-discovery. You have drawn me in.

Ron ~ That poor guy! My daughter and I stood by him so no one would squash him in the dark. I'll be posting soon. I'm such a slacker!

Sage ~ Ronjazz asked me if I saw anyone, "Hot!" there. Yeah, we were all fucking HOT! It was like a sauna.

Indi ~ Thanks, hun! Nothing juicy but it was fun!

Akelamalu ~ The ghost tour was great and the outlet mall was good, too!

Joker ~ No real exploits. Wild had Wilder and I had my daughter so we really couldn't get up to too much trouble!

Annie ~ Yeah, it was almost unbearable. But still a good time.

CrystalChick ~ Thanks!

Ronjazz ~ Thank you, hun!

Mrs. Sexy Tiger ~ Thank you! I get such a thrill about getting a piece published! Got some more pictures, I'm still editing though!

Sexy Sixty ~ We did have fun, even while we were melting. I SO want to be in the north for the fall. Keep good thoughts for me, please!

Autumn ~ Thanks, sweetie! You're welcome here anytime!

Spiky ~ You would have felt like bread in a broiler there! Gods! It was so hot! Um, you can talk to Sage about that squirrel stew, I think! LOL

Joanna ~ Actually, I would have LOVED to see a ghost! Supposedly, it gets cold when the dearly departed make an appearance! Thanks! I wish I had more time to write!

Sandra ~ Thank you for stopping by! The little guy didn't smell 'cause I believe he was rather fresh. That or my sense of smell had been burned away by breathing super-heated air all day! ;)

I keep workin' on that self-discovery. Some days I don't want to even know myself let alone discover any more about me! LOL Other days I think I'm the most brilliant thing under the sun!
